ON TV CONTEST

LITTLE ROCK — Bored with your regular haunts? Try something a little different.

For the new On TV Contest, the judge asks: What is your favorite TV hangout? Why?

Do you fantasize about curling up on the comfy couch at Central Perk of Friends fame? Or do you prefer the more cerebral Cafe Nervosa on Frasier?

The judge would rather this be a recreational spot, not a workplace. But since that line gets blurred on some series, feel free to ask.

To qualify as a hangout, the location should have been featured frequently on the series. The Brady family’s single visit to Kings Island theme park wouldn’t qualify it for inclusion.

And, yes, you can choose a location from a “reality” series.

Your entry can take any form, as long as you explain your choice.

The reader with the best-written entry will win the chance to choose from Judge Nixon’s Fabulous Prize Pile of TV DVD sets.

Who can enter: Anyone except the winner of the last contest, Hayley Himstedt of Conway, and Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and Northwest Arkansas Newspapers LLC employees.
