LITTLE ROCK — Authorities in Conway are searching for a man who robbed a Centennial Bank late Monday afternoon.
It happened about 4:30 p.m. when the robber walked into the branch at 1815 E. Oak Street and handed a teller a note demanding money. The note indicated he was armed.
After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber walked west from the location.
The man is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s who is around 6-foot-2-inches tall and weighs about 240 pounds. Police say he is very tan and balding with short brown hair. He was wearing a dark gay shirt with white writing on the front, blue plaid shorts and black tennis shoes during the robbery.
