CONWAY — Conway police have arrested a man from Ohio in connection with a bank robbery.
Detectives arrested Eric Kennedy of Hillsboro, Ohio, at a hotel about 10 a.m. Wednesday. Kennedy remained at the Faulker County jail without bond on counts including aggravated robbery and theft of property.
Officers said they recognized Kennedy from surveillance photos released from Monday’s robbery of the Centennial Bank.
Police said a man entered the bank about 4:30 p.m. and gave a teller a note indicating he had a weapon and wanted money.
After he was given some cash, the man left the bank.
