LITTLE ROCK — A trial began Monday morning in the case of Dan Harmon, a former prosecutor for Saline, Grant and Hot Spring counties.
He is charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. If convicted, Harmon, now 65, could return to jail. He was released from jail in 2006 after a 1997 conviction on federal racketeering, extortion and drug conspiracy charges.
