LITTLE ROCK — A 20-year-old man died Wednesday morning after the motorcycle he was riding struck a culvert in Clark County, according to a preliminary Arkansas State Police fatality accident report.
About 3:20 a.m., Winston P. Wardlaw of Little Rock was riding a 2009 Honda motorcycle west on Cedar Grove Road when it left the roadand struck the culvert, the report said.
The motorcycle came to rest in a creek. Wardlaw died at the scene, the report said.
