Private land seminar at LR Nature Center

— The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, The National Wild Turkey Federation and The Nature Conservancy will offer habitat management and enhancement workshops for landowners July 10 at the Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center in Little Rock.

Jason Milks of The Nature Conservancy will talk about controlled burning.

There will be two sessions covering the same topics. The first session will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon, and the second runs from 1:30 to 3 p.m.

Participants must preregister by calling (501) 907-0636.
