LITTLE ROCK — Donovan did not advise Pearson in a timely manner that she had lost money orders that Pearson entrusted to her, and she failed to timely deliver to HomEq Servicing’s counsel the funds delivered to her by the clerk of the court, the committee said.
In another case, the committee said it reprimanded lawyer Clarence W. Cash of Little Rock.
Cash violated two rules, the committee said, in failing to file Allan Sealy’s bankruptcy proceeding, which allowed a foreclosure sale to take place for Sealy’s home on June 18, 2009.
In 1976, Cash ran unsuccessfully for the Democratic nomination for attorney general.
