A story on the Supreme Court case McDonald v. Chicago that appeared in Tuesday’s newspaper incorrectly characterized the Arkansas congressional delegation’s actions. Reps. Marion Berry, John Boozman and Mike Ross each signed an amicus brief in support of striking Chicago’s gun ban, as did Sen. Blanche Lincoln. The House and Senate did not hold votes on a resolution to sign the brief. Sen. Mark Pryor’s office said Tuesday that he never signs amicus briefs.
