A federal appeals court refused to lift a stay of execution Tuesday for an Arkansas man who had been scheduled to die Tuesday night for killing a Bald Knob bookkeeper.

Sometimes it almost seems like many judges are the biggest hinderance of justice being carried out in this country. So what if it's a bit cruel to kill a killer. He should have been thinking forward when he committed the crime for which he is to forfeit his life for. These judges should get the hell out of the way and let the state get on it's way with justice due. I bet the state could get volunteers to shoot these criminals. Instant death is assured when well placed .30 caliber hollow points go through the heart.Oh but some of these judges would want them to have flak jackets.....
