A truck carrying pig parts lost its cover while driving on Interstate 40, losing some of its cargo before pulling over.
The accident happened around the Morgan-Maumelle exit this afternoon when the driver had to come to an abrupt stop and wound up spilling some pig renderings.
Westbound lanes were closed while the road was being cleaned. Traffic was backed up to Military Drive.
