Traffic snarled 5 hours after tanker truck rolls in Conway

Traffic was at a halt for five hours Monday morning after a tanker truck carrying water left Interstate 40 near the onramp to U.S. 64 and overturned in Conway.
No injuries were reported, and police have not yet released a cause for the accident.
