HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — Effective Wednesday, Dec. 1, the Hot Springs Village Planning and Inspections Department will require a permit to perform the following jobs in Hot Springs Village: re-roofing; installing siding; and replacing all water fixtures, including hot-water heaters, sinks, toilets and showers.
The permits are required by local state codes. The permit fee is $40. Applications are available in the Planning and Inspections Department at 895 DeSoto Blvd. in Hot Springs Village, or by e-mailing Brenda Pate at bpate@hsvpoa.org.
