LITTLE ROCK — The Central Arkansas Library System is offering free replacement library cards to patrons who have lost their cards. The offer starts Monday and ends Dec. 5. The regular fee to replace a library card is $5.
Patrons can sign up for a replacement card at any library branch in the system.
