LITTLE ROCK — Pulaski County Coroner Garland Camper reported that a Hot Springs man died at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock on Saturday morning from multiple traumatic injuries.
Camper said Tim Rucker, 78, of 173 Highland Park St. in Hot Springs was apparently struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Malvern Avenue and Lowery Street on Friday night. He was transported to Little Rock where he was pronounced dead at 12:07 a.m. Saturday, Camper said.
“Apparently, the vehicle had a green light, and he stepped out into traffic,” Camper said.
