Three arrested on ticket scalping charges outside game

— Three people were arrested on ticket-scalping charges Saturday outside the Arkansas-LSU football game, police said Tuesday.

Little Rock Police Department spokesman Lt. Terry Hastings said the agency's vice detail made the arrests outside War Memorial Stadium.

The suspected scalpers were identified by police as 50-year-old Edgar Caves, of Duncanville, Tx., 28-year-old Lloyd Blasigame, of Little Rock, and 56-year-old Houston SPencer, of Memphis.

Spencer and Caves are each facing two counts of ticket scalping. Blasigame is only charged with one count.
