MORRILTON — The
Conway County Historical
Preservation Association will
present the second annual Ar
kansas Antique Fair from 9
a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2,
at the Conway County Muse
um at the Railroad Depot, 101
E. Railroad Ave. in Morrilton.
Those planning to attend
are invited to bring antiques,
furniture, pottery, silver, pho
tos, art and any other “treasure”
for a free appraisal by experts
from the Historic ArkansasMuseum in Little Rock.
Appraisers are especially looking for Arkansas-made items prior to 1950 for an Arkansas-made book.
The event will feature a clothesline quilt exhibit. Cash prizes will be given for the best handmade quilts.
A silent auction fundraiser will be held to benefit the Conway County Museum at the Depot.
Exhibits and a concession stand will also be available.
