Beebe appoints 54 to boards, commissions

Gov. Mike Beebe appointed 54 individuals to state boards and commissions, the governor's office announced Monday.

The appointments are:

Tealisa Allen, Little Rock, reappointed to the Social Work Licensing Board. Appointment expires June 30, 2013.

Douglas Avery, Texarkana, to the Criminal Justice Institute Advisory Board. Appointment expires January 14, 2013. Replaces Glenn Mixon.

Dr. Paul Baltz, Pocahontas, reappointed to the Black River Technical College Board of Directors. Appointment expires July 1, 2017.

Kaylynn Barrett, England, reappointed to the Social Work Licensing Board. Appointment expires June 30, 2013.

Jamie Brandon, Magnolia, to the State Review Committee for Historic Preservation. Appointment expires June 30, 2014. Replaces Roger Coleman.

Eddie Ciganek, Hazen, to the Prairie County Quorum Court, District 6. Appointment expires December 31, 2010. Replaces Charles Gerren.

Mattie Collins, Pine Bluff, reappointed to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Board of Visitors. Appointment expires January 14, 2017.

Dwayne Craig, Gravette, reappointed to the Auctioneers Licensing Board. Appointment expires April 15, 2014.

Drew Crawford, Sherwood, reappointed to the Arkansas Building Authority Council. Appointment expires July 22, 2013.

Karen Dilldine, Blytheville, to the Mississippi County Quorum Court, District 2. Appointment expires December 31, 2010. Replaces Tommy Dilldine.

Richard Emmel, Little Rock, reappointed to the Baby Sharon's Children's Catastrophic Illness Grant Program. Appointment expires May 1, 2014.

Ginger Fenter, Fort Smith, to the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy. Appointment expires July 1, 2013. Replaces Seth Coulter.

Jerry Halsey, Jr., Jonesboro, reappointed to the Arkansas Building Authority Council. Appointment expires July 22, 2013.

Ivan Hoffman, Rudy, reappointed to the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Appointment expires July 1, 2014.

Ron Holt, Malvern, to the Ouachita Technical College Board of Trustees. Appointment expires July 1, 2017. Replaces Peter Paladino.

Marsha Jones, Springdale, to the Northwest Technical Institute Board of Directors. Appointment expires June 30, 2015. Replaces John Phillips.

James "J.T." Meister, Little Rock, reappointed to the Arkansas Deaf and Hearing Impaired Telecommunications Services Corporation. Appointment expires June 1, 2013.

Joe Mencer, Lake Village, reappointed to the Boll Weevil Eradication Committee. Appointment expires July 1, 2014.

William Millager, Rogers, to the Benton County Quorum Court, District 6. Appointment expires December, 31, 2010. Replaces Marge Wolf.

Tracy Moy, Benton, reappointed to the Arkansas Geographic Information Systems Board. Appointment expires August 1, 2014.
