RUSSELLVILLE — Arkansas Tech redshirt freshman quarterback Rico Keller has been named the Gulf South Conference offensive player of the week.
Keller made his first career start Saturday against Arkansas-Monticello and led ATU to a 30-25 win.
Keller rushed for 209 yards and two touchdowns and threw for 78 yards as ATU improved to 2-2 overall and 1-1 in conference play.
Arkansas Tech is on the road Saturday to play North Alabama in Florence, Ala.
