PARAGOULD — Police in Paragould say a woman has been charged with animal cruelty and other counts for allegedly using a tire iron to kill a dog.
Police say 50-year-old Katrina Wall is charged with burglary, aggravated cruelty to a dog and terroristic threatening. Police also say Wall denied committing a crime, despite statements from two alleged victims who said she entered their home uninvited Sunday while carrying a tire iron.
Police say the victims said Wall threatened to kill them and then struck a small dog on the head, killing the animal instantly.
