— A Little Rock woman is alive thanks to some quick thinking by a Pulaski County Sheriff's Deputy.

According to a police report sent out by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department, at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday morning, sheriff's deputy Melanie Cloos responded to a call at 10825 Morton Road where a man, Michael Lester Frost, said a women, later identified as his mother, Wilma Frost, fell in the kitchen and was not breathing. Frost, said he was afraid to perform CPR on his mother for fear that he would harm her. Wilma Frost had recently undergone open-heart surgery.
