Three men have been arrested since Friday in connection with a reported home invasion and robbery, Rogers police announced in a news release this afternoon.
According to the news release, Paul Whitehorn, 34, told officers just after midnight on Dec. 1 that three men broke into his house, and attacked him, hitting him with a hatchet, holding a knife to his throat and breaking a guitar over his head.
Officers also received reports of a battery victim at 3101 N. Woods Lane and a burglary at 923 S. 21st, the news release stated.
The three men arrested were:
- Chadwick Davis, 26, of Bentonville
- Justin Eoff, 30, of Rogers
- Cody DeShields, 22, of Bentonville
All three were charged with aggravated residential burglary, two counts of battery, two counts of aggravated robbery, residential burglary and engaging in violent group activity, according to the news release.
They are all being held in the Benton County Jail, DeShields with no bond and Davis and Eoff in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
