Gates to cut Marine Corps vehicle, congressman says

U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates told senior lawmakers on Thursday that he will terminate the Marine Corps’ Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle, said Rep. Bill Young, a Florida Republican. The amphibious vehicle is made by General Dynamics Corp.
