Little Rock police arrested a woman dressed in a nurse costume early Sunday morning after her boyfriend said she beat him up because he wouldn’t let her perform a sexual act on him.

Police said they came upon Amber Fitzwater at a 10623 W. Markham St. Wendy’s about 1 a.m.

Fitzwater, 23, of 701 Green Mountain Drive told officers her boyfriend, Taylor Melton, 27, had thrown her keys into the woods and left her stranded at the late-night restaurant, reports said.

She told them she hit Melton because he wouldn’t give her back her keys, reports said.

But when Melton came back, he had a different account, police said.

With a swollen left eye, lacerations on his face and bite marks on his right arm, Melton told police his girlfriend “assaulted him” because he told her she could not “[sexually] dominate him,” reports said.

Fitzwater was arrested and charged with third-degree battery, a misdemeanor.
