Winter at the Lake set for Dardanelle park

RUSSELLVILLE — The Winter at the Lake event will be held Dec. 10 in the visitor center of Lake Dardanelle State Park.
Visitors will have an opportunity to learn about how nature’s creatures prepare for winter. Activities will begin at 9 a.m. and will last until the tree lighting at 5 p.m.
Programs will include making edible ornaments for the park Christmas tree’s feathered visitors. Refreshments will be available, including hot apple cider and free samples of sweets from local businesses.
