LR police seek suspect in 3 robberies

A suspect is wanted in a string of robberies that took place within a two-day span in Little Rock.

The first robbery occurred Sunday night at a Shell Superstop on 4100 West Markham. There, a man entered the businesses with a gun and held up the store.

The second robbery, minutes later at the Site Store on 7320 Cantrell Road, involved a man entering the business with a black handgun and demanding money. A witness said the man got into a white Chevrolet Monte Carlo and headed west on Cantrell Road.

The third robbery occurred Monday at the Dollar General Store on 9500 Satterfield. An employee there told officers that she was going to her car to make a deposit at the bank when a man shoved her against the car and took one of the bank bags. She said the man pushed an object into her back but that she never saw a weapon.

The suspect is described as a dark-skinned black man in his thirties, weighing 150-160 pounds and standing 5-5 or 5-6. He was wearing a black coat with fur around the hood in one of the robberies.
