LITTLE ROCK — After rain stopped Thursday night’s racing at I-30 Speedway, today’s schedule has been changed for the 24th annual Comp Cams Short Track Nationals.
About half of Thursday’s preliminary card - six heat races and 2 of 5 qualifying races - was completed before rain hit shortly after 11 p.m. The rest of Thursday’s event - the final three qualifiers, three B-Main features and the 25-lap prelim feature - will be held tonight. Hot laps will begin at 6 p.m. with racing to follow.
The grandstands will then be cleared, and fans can then purchase tickets for the Friday event, which will be held in full.
Fans who did not have tickets for Thursday’s racing can watch the remaining portion of that card tonight for $10.
