Police look into reports of toe sucker

Two women told Conway police that a man approached them and asked to suck their toes, prompting authorities to look into whether the incidents are related to similar ones 20 years ago that led to the arrest of a man.
In the first incident, an elderly resident at an apartment complex on Hairston Ave. told an officer she was sitting in front of her apartment when a man came up to her and said he liked feet.
The man then proceeded to take off one of her shoes and suck on one of her toes, resident Ruth Harrison told the officer. He then asked to kiss her and she refused, telling him he was crazy.
The man was described as an Asian or Hispanic male with dark hair wearing checkered shorts and a white T-shirt with a green airplane on it.
In the second incident, a woman was shopping at TJ Maxx in Conway when she noticed a man following her around. He then approached her and told her he loved her toes, she told an officer. The woman said the man told her he had a foot fetish and that he wanted to suck her toes.
She described the man as white, in his late forties or early fifties with salt-and-pepper hair standing between 5-10 and 6-2 tall. He was wearing flip flops, blue jeans and a T-shirt.
Both incidents occurred on Sept. 10.
