Seven underage people have been charged with possession of alcohol, according to a report from the Baxter County sheriff's office.
Officers responded to a call about a fight in progress at the Lake Norfork Inn in Henderson Sunday around 4 a.m. Officers found evidence of alcoholic beverages in two rooms where the men were staying.
A portable breath test confirmed seven underage people had been drinking alcohol. Clayton Waldrop, 18, Gerald Davidson, 19, Charles Crandall, 18, Ryan Beller, 19, and McKenzie Allen, 18, all received a misdemeanor charge for a minor in possession of alcohol. Two juveniles were also taken into custody.
The mother of one of the juveniles rented the room, but she was not at the inn, according to the report.
