The Miller County sheriff’s office says it’s still looking for artifacts that were stolen from the estate of a World War II veteran who was a member of the company that inspired the “Band of Brothers” book and miniseries.
The Texarkana Gazette reports that the items were stolen from the estate of Bull Randleman, who served in the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division.
Randleman died in 2003 and artifacts from his war days were passed on to his son, Eric Randleman. The sheriff’s office says that Eric Randleman died in January 2011 and that his home was ransacked later in the year.
Detective Stephen Ware says the missing items include Bull Randleman’s World War II uniforms with ribbons, patches and insignias, along with dog tags and a scrapbook.

So pathetic! We should go to the way China handles some of their problems - cut the s.o.b fingers off when they steal and get caught. Sooner or later these items will show up and hopefully justice will be served. Why not go steal from church - same difference - it wasn't your stuff and it was important.
