Contract negotiations are continuing Wednesday at the Pulaski County Special School District.
Talks had broken down before spring break, and teams met up again today with employee unions on the issues of benefits and working conditions
State-appointed Superintendent Jerry Guess called for the negotiations to take place. He seeks concessions from the unions as part of budget cuts he plans for the school district.
