In the call to dispatch released Friday afternoon, the caller describes Petrino as "walking" and said his face was "bleeding quite a lot." The caller also said Dorrell "did not look to be injured."
During the call, Petrino is said to have gotten in "a white SUV" and left the scene.
Earlier reports have stated that Petrino and Dorrell declined to call 911 after the accident. According to the police report released Thursday, Petrino was taken to the hospital by Capt. Lance King of the Arkansas State Police while Dorrell departed for her own car in Fayetteville.
According to a release from the department Friday afternoon, Capt. Lance King — the officer also responsible for acting as Petrino's gameday security detail during the season — is being asked to provide his supervisor a detailed summary into the events of Sunday, April 1, in which Petrino was injured in a motorcycle accident and was later found to have had a female passenger, the 25-year-old Dorrell, with him.
Petrino did not disclose that information to Arkansas athletic director Jeff Long until Thursday afternoon and has been placed on administrative leave pending an internal investigation by the university.
The inquiries have no direct correlation to the investigation of the crash, which authorities concluded on Thursday. However, the questions are "legitimate and worthy of answers" according to the release.
ASP officials hope to have more information provided by the summary and are hoping to share it with the public early next week. The information that is released will be dependent upon what King provides.
