Had he been in stocks, there would not have been a need for the ankle bracelet, or prison.

If they quit letting these people out of jail the would always make their court date. I am a victim of sorry drug dealing people in Pope County. Cut my locks and slole everything I owned. Everybit of my past, my late Husband's past. Things I always thought I would hand down to my grand children. What has been done. One has been in and out of jail 2 times in the last month and has a warrant for him now for robbery and assult. The rest? Absolutely nothing. They are released to go rob someone else and sell drugs to our children. Who is being protected in our society anyway.
