The International Paper plant in Ft. Smith is closing it's doors, according to multiple reports.
Multiple media outlets said that the plant is one of four closing across the country, including ones in Chicago, Santa Paula, Calif. and Solon, Ohio. The plant closing in Ft. Smith is located at 307 S. 6th St.
The Ft. Smith plant's closing will put six full-time employees out of their jobs, according to reports.
