Crawford skips Tampa for a visit to 1st District

As the Republican convention revved up in Tampa, Fla., on Tuesday, U.S. Rep. Rick Crawford — the lone member of the GOP congressional delegation to skip the national party gathering — addressed about 100 people at a smaller gathering of local business leaders in northeastern Arkansas.
