New to exercise? Just start moving

Q: I am a 62-year-old female, and I sit at a desk for nine to 10 hours a day. I am in good health and not overweight, but I have developed a flabby tummy. When I get home I feel so tired that it is a chore to prepare dinner, much less do any type of exercise.
