Little Rock police are investigating a robbery that left one man with a broken ankle.
Officers responded to a call at 9:42 p.m. Monday from UAMS' emergency room.
A man told police that he was riding his bike near 12th and Jones streets when a man approached him and started hitting him. The victim told police that the robber took $10 out of his hand. The robber is described as a 6-foot-3, muscular black male.
The victim then rode his bike to a home where a family called an ambulance. He was taken to UAMS, where the staff said he was treated for a possible broken right ankle.
