Here’s an excerpt from a letter I received: I enjoyed your article about the importance of eating breakfast. My wife and I eat protein bars. What other foods do you recommend for breakfast or snacks? What is a good routine for exercising on the treadmill and how many minutes a week do you suggest as our goal?
