Now that the chill of autumn is in the air, our thoughts turn to heartier meals.
Few are more delicious than a baked pork loin. It cooks quickly (1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on the size), is tender and moist, and has little fat.
What makes it even better is that you can make not just one delicious meal, but the leftovers from a 3- to 4-pound roast can be used for two more.
