I-40 lane closure in Carlisle expected to cause delays

LITTLE ROCK A lane closure on Interstate 40 westbound is expected to cause delays Thursday afternoon.
A single-lane closure at the interstate's 167 mile marke in Carlisle is expected to delay some drivers, the Carlisle Police Department said in a statement.
Carlisle is about 35 miles east of Little Rock.
Officials offered no reason for the closure and didn't say how long it would last.
