— Authorities say they arrested two women after finding about four pounds of cocaine on a Greyhound bus Tuesday in North Little Rock.

The Pulaski County sheriff's office and the North Little Rock Police Department reportedly received a tip from the Texas Department of Safety that the drugs were likely on board the bus, which was heading from Corpus Christi, Texas, to Nashville, Tenn.

Two women were arrested on drug charges after the cocaine was recovered. Police identified them as 48-year-old Janie Pridmore, of Joelton, Tenn., and 27-year-old Samantha Richards, of Nashville, Tenn.

Pridemore remained in the Pulaski County jail Wednesday morning on charges of trafficking cocaine and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Richards was cited and released on a charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pridemore is being held in lieu of a $52,500 bond.
