Michael Crapo, an Idaho Republican who previously has said he doesn’t drink because of his Mormon faith, has been charged in Alexandria, Va., with drunken driving after he registered a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percent, over the legal limit of 0.08, after a traffic stop for running a red light, police said.
