While on the way to the hospital to get treated for a gunshot wound Saturday night, a Little Rock man got a phone call: it was his shooter.

Isaac Tyler, 20, told police that the man responsible for the non-fatal bullet wound to the back of his head thought he was someone else, and the shooting was a case of a “mistaken” identity, reports said.

Tyler told police he went with an acquaintance known only to him as “A1” to the 2800 block of West 13th Street at around 11:30 p.m. to buy some marijuana.
