— Two North Little Rock brothers were arrested Saturday on warrants charging them with capital murder in the death of an as-yet-unidentified man in North Little Rock, police said.

Bryant police arrested Clifton Hall III, 21, and his brother Dominique Hall, 20, both of 1701 N. Magnolia St., at a Bryant apartment complex at 1810 Bishop Road about 11:15 a.m. Saturday, North Little Rock police spokesman Sgt. Brian Dedrick said Saturday.

They were being held Saturday without bail at the Pulaski County jail.

Shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday, North Little Rock police arrived at West Short 17th and Frank streets on a disturbance call and found a man in the street with at least one gunshot wound, Dedrick said.

The man was taken to UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock, where he later died.

Police have not identified the victim, as the state Crime Laboratory in Little Rock was without power Friday and was closed Saturday, Dedrick said.

Witness interviews and further investigation led police to develop the Hall brothers as suspects, Dedrick said.

Additional information on the shooting and arrests was not available Saturday.

This is the 10th homicide in North Little Rock for the year. In 2011 there were 13 homicides in the city.
