— Crews have restored power to all but 35,000 Entergy Arkansas customers after a Christmas Day snowstorm left 194,000 of its customers without electricity.

The state’s largest electric utility said Sunday that the bulk of the remaining power outages are in central Arkansas. About 25,000 Entergy Arkansas customers were without electricity as of Sunday morning in Pulaski County alone.

Crews are working to restore power to the rest of the people who remain in the dark, but many in Little Rock, Hot Springs and Malvern may not have their lights and heat back until Tuesday.

The Christmas Day storm dumped more than 10 inches of snow on parts of the state, including Little Rock. Winds tore down tree limbs, power lines and utility poles.
