We’re being glib, of course, but experts do say a child’s environment is important and you know you want it to be cute. Designer Shazalynn Cavin-Winfrey goes so far as to say a child’s bedroom is the most important area of a home.
“Giving children a sense of ownership in that space can really define who they are for the rest of their life. ... Every child remembers [his] first room. It’s something that [he] hangs on to forever.”
