Motorola Mobility sale to Google gets EU, U.S. approval

Google’s $12.5 billion acquisition of cell phone maker Motorola Mobility has won approval of European and U.S. antitrust regulators, moving Google one step closer to completing the biggest deal in its 13-year history.
