A man and a woman were arrested on breaking and entering charges, according to a report from the Pulaski County sheriff's office.
On Friday around 2 p.m., an officer responded to a call from the owner, Randy Staton, of Liberty Trailer Supply at 10120 Highway 70.
On February 1, Staton said he noticed the two suspects on the property in a restricted area. They had taken a tire and had it in the backseat of their car, he said. Staton tried to stop the vehicle, but it drove off, he said. He reported the incident to the sheriff's office. When Staton saw the two again on the property on Friday, he called the sheriff's office.
Annjanette Washington, 40, and Ronald Handwork, 40, were arrested.
