Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul has filed paperwork to appear on Arkansas’ presidential primary ballot on May 22.
Paul’s campaign on Tuesday submitted paperwork and paid the $25,000 filing fee for the Texas congressman to appear on the primary ballot. He’s the fourth presidential hopeful to file to appear on the state’s ballot.
Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum’s campaigns last week filed to appear on the GOP presidential ballot.
Tuesday marked the fourth day of filing for the 2012 campaign, and candidates have until noon Thursday to make their bids official.
