ARLINGTON, Texas — Arkansas held off Kansas State for a 29-16 victory to take the 76th annual AT&T Cotton Bowl at Cowboys Stadium.

The Razorbacks (11-2), ranked 6th in the Bowl Championship Series, led 19-9 at halftime after racing out to a 13-0 lead in the first half thanks to two Zach Hocker field goals and a 51-yard punt return touchdown by Joe Adams.

Tyler Wilson got going in the second half, throwing touchdown passes to Jarius Wright — who broke the school record for receiving yardage on the play — and Cobi Hamilton. Wilson finished 20-for-31 passing for 216 yards and 2 touchdowns. Wright capped his Arkansas career with 3 catches for 88 yards and a score.

The no. 8-ranked Wildcats (10-3) got back within three at 19-16 on a Collin Klein 6-yard touchdown run in the third quarter, but Arkansas answered with Wilson's 9-yard scoring strike to Hamilton and would not let Kansas State get any closer.
