Also Tuesday, the Supreme Court: Decided in an 8-1 vote to throw out a federal lawsuit by inmate Richard Lee Pollard against employees of the GEO Group, formerly known as Wackenhut Corrections Corp., over injuries he sustained while imprisoned at a privately run federal prison.
